How fast do you answer?
It usually takes our customer care 24-48 hours to come back to you. Please, allow longer delays during festivity season, holidays, and weekends.

Can I pre order new launches?
Yes! You can pre order new launches up to three months.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods. If you have a preferred method of payment that we don’t offer, please contact us so that we can look into it. You can write us here – we’re always looking to expand our offering.
When will an out-of-stock product become available again?
We do our best to always restock Your products on time. However, as a victim of its success, especially during busy seasons, Your product can become out-of-stock. Please, make sure that we are working hard to get it back available. Meanwhile, you can subscribe to an availability alert, so we notify you when Your product is back in stock.

Can I buy Yourself Beauty products in a store?
Yourself Beauty products can be purchased only at www.yourselfbeauty.com . At the moment, Yourself Beauty does not work with any retailers. If you would like to sell Yourself Beauty products in your store, please, contact us via contact form and choose “Retail store inquiry” in “Select Your inquiry” section.
CanI purchase Yourself Beauty products on Amazon?
Yourself Beauty does not currently work with any authorized sellers on Amazon.
Orders
How can I check my order status?
To check the status of your order, simply log into your Yourself Beauty account and select “Order History” in the “Your Account” page. If you still have questions about Your order, please contact customer care here with your order number and preferably the order confirmation email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
How to track my order?
Once your package has shipped, you can track it with the tracking number that we'll provide you.
You can track your order via tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email or by logging in “Your account” on our website. Your customer care is always here to help you with any question.
What should I do if my order is missing or something is wrong?
Please contact us here with your order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
What should I do if I received the wrong product?
Please, contact our Customer Care Team here and we’d be happy to refund you or send you the correct product. So sorry for an inconvenience!
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders submitted on www.yourselfbeauty.com process and ship very quickly. We will do our best to modify an existing order if you contact customer care here, but we offer no guarantee that your order will be canceled or modified, so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Shipping & Returns
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! We do ship worldwide. Please, refer to the product page of your choice to find out to which exact regions the product is shipped.
Please, contact Your customer care here and choose “Shipping inquiry” in “Select Your inquiry” section if you have troubles finalizing Your order.
Do you ship to PO Boxes/ APO/ FPO addresses?
At the moment, our shipping carrier cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We thank you for your understanding.
How fast are orders shipped?
Orders are typically processed in 1-2 business days and should arrive to you within Europe in 2-4 working days and within the rest of the world within 12 working days.
What are your shipping costs and delivery times?
Our average delivery time is 2-4 working days within Europe and 12 working days for the rest of the world.
Shipping is complimentary on orders 100 EUR or more.
Standard Shipping cost is 5,95 EUR in Europe and 16,95 EUR for the rest of the world.
Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee and will be listed at checkout. Please note that expedited
shipping options are available for Monday through Friday delivery, excluding holidays.
Do you accept returns?
We hope you love Yourself Beauty products, however we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We accept returns only on unused or damaged products within 30 days of purchase. We are only able to accept returns for items purchased through www.yourselfbeauty.com. If you purchased a Yourself Beauty item from one of our authorized retail partners, please follow that retailer’s return policy. Please note, all eGift cards and select merchandise purchased on yourselfbeauty.com are final sale.
How can I return a product?
Please reach out to our Customer Care team here to have a return label issued.
Can I return part of a set?
We are not able to partially refund a single item from a set or kit. All kits, gift sets and duos must be returned with all items in the kit in order to receive refund.
How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow 5–8 business days for your refund to process once your items have been received by our team. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note: original shipping fees will not be refunded.
